FISA allows you to be spied on. ? The Real ID Act makes every American carry a national ID card and makes state issued licenses useless and out of date. Also, not allowed to be used for bank accounts, airports, federal buildings, you can?t get any federal funding or grants nor can you collect unemployment and many other provisions. In short, you in affect will cease to be a US Citizen without it. ? The Military Commissions Act of 2006 took away Habeas Corpus which takes your right to a trial away. ? The Patriot Act which took many rights away. Senator Obama voted against The Military Commissions Act of 2006, The Real ID Act, and The Patriot Act Senator McCain voted in favor of them. Senator Obama voted against the Iraq War because he saw no proof of any connections to the 2001 tragedy Senator McCain voted in favor.
