Our rights have been taken away but we will regain them. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/15321167/

What you say is true, but Americans must speak out about this law that effects every American and let us remember that we now have three hundred million Americans.
It is my hope that millions of Americans will demand that the next session of Congress act to repeal this law and give back freedom to all people in this great nation.
If America and her people do not have freedom then it is America in name only and we have lost our great nation.
I shall never give up the cause to keep our nation free and safe for
I believe in the values of our founding fathers and those who fought for freedom!
George Washington would be in shock that The law eliminating Habeus Corpus passed and that any leader would allow such a law. Americans tell our leaders that you won't stand for this.
America will regain her freedom With the help of all freedom loving Americans writing, calling, and e-mailing to the House,
Senate and the President and saying with one united voice repeal this law now.
People who do not believe what is said are just not able to accept what has happened, but if we are to regain our rights all American must wake up to this nightmare which is a reality!

Subject: Your rights have been taken away

Thursday, October 12, 2006

WE FIGHT FOR?

Once this law passes your rights to free speech, privacy, life and liberty and all of the rights our founders fought and died for will be Gone! You think I am full of myself but read about it and you'll learn that I speak the truth!

A way to win wars on terror is not to limit, jail, or otherwise harm your own citizens this bill only kills our freedom and does nothing to win the war on terror.

You don't believe me? Fine. Read it for yourself and the information you read below came right from the US House Of Representatives Site. www.house.gov  US Senate's Site! www.senate.gov It also came from http://www.govtrack.us/ and the House's Site therefore, these are facts not me just  saying things to scare people.

Your freedom is at risk will you let what Millions of Americans fought and died for go in vein? Or will you vote in this and in every election?

We must change and stop the madness of such bills and laws being made by a republican party that is out of control and a weak, as yet powerless, democratic party. Americans who want to get back their rights and stay free must vote away control by at least one house.

The Senate or the House of Representatives.and give it to the democrats. Then, we must vote out the extremist of both parties. America can ill afford the extreme right or the extreme left nor can we give all the power to the democrats no more than we can give to any party. When we have one party controlling all branches of government be they democrat or republican or any future party.

It is when one party controls all levels of government that we start to lose our freedoms or extremes are allowed to happen. For now we must vote in a balanced government then we must demand that this bill or new law that shreds' to pieces our bill of rights and the constitution, and declaration of independence be repealed.

For those who feel that since you're a law abiding citizen you need not worry about the elimination of Habeas Corpus. Take note: This new law will effect every single American ( you.) if you are ever arrested for anything or you enjoy your freedom online and you visit a site that our government does not like or allow then you can also be arrested, jailed, taken to a secret location and your family may never see you again! Is that what millions of Americans died for? Is that what the American men and women in Afghanistan ,Iraq and other places in the world fighting for?

I say no! They fought for freedom and still fight for freedom! But, now Congress saw fit to end our freedom!! Don't sit and do nothing or soon you too could be without your personal Freedom!!

What about your children?  If you won't act to protect your freedom will you act to protect theirs?

THIS MESSAGE IS LONG, BUT WE ARE TALKING ABOUT AMERICA'S FREEDOM! WHO VOTED TO KEEP  YOUR FREEDOM AND WHO VOTED TO TAKE IT AWAY! REMEMBER ABE LINCOLN, GEORGE WASHINGTON AND ALL OF THE AMERICANS WHO FOUGHT AND DIED FOR FREEDOM AND ON
NOV-7-2006!
VOTE FOR THOSE WHO PROTECTED YOUR FREEDOM AND VOTE OUT THOSE WHO HAVE GOTTEN RID OF THE BILL OF RIGHTS AND HABEAS CORPUS AND WHO MADE LAWS TO SANCTION TORTURE IN AMERICA AND ALLOWS OUR MILITARY TO TORTURE PRISONERS OF WAR!

Yes, I want terrorist captured, tried and in prison. Yes, I want America to win her war on terror, but not by making laws that end the Bill Of Rights, The US Constitution, The Declaration Of Independence and not by taking away the civil liberties of every American.

To do that is to become a fascist nation and may I remind you we fought Germany, Italy and other nations so that Americans would never live in a fascist nation. This bill and new law makes it one step closer to a reality of Americans living under laws that Hitler would have put in place and laws that Hitler would welcome and enjoy!

Let's stop this from happening! Again, don't believe a word I have written. Look below at the words Congress itself has written then search out news online and read about it where you can but act before it is too late.

I was not yelling above. I used dramatic license to point out what is going on and to get Americans to legally and peacefully rise up and regain our freedoms and   civil liberties to regain the America that Lincoln, JFK, Ronald Regan, Jefferson and millions more fought for. I'm now asking you to fight for America to fight legally and peacefully  for Freedom!

Some may call me an alarmist others may call me a fool but nobody can say that I don't care about my family, my friends my nation or our freedom.

Vote Nov-7-2006. And vote for freedom in America.

Note: New law makes it illegal to pay online gambling bills with credit cards or debit cards. However you can pay gambling debt at brick and mortor bingos and at a casino. Why? It's an attack on your cyber freedoms.

Bills to limit freedom of all types are in Congress now.

Bills to end Public Access in America our in Congress now.

Attacks on our freedoms both online and offline are happening and will not stop until we act to make it stop!

Albert

S. 3930, the Military Commissions Act of 2006

September 28, 2006

Summary

S. 3930, the Military Commissions Act of 2006, would authorize the President to establish military commissions for the trial of alien unlawful enemy combatants.  The bill would authorize the Secretary of Defense to convene military commissions and, in concert with the Attorney General to establish the rules and procedures governing military commissions.  S. 3930 also revises the War Crimes Act and would amend the Habeas Corpus provisions of the United States Code.

Major Provisions

SUBCHAPTER 1- General Provisions

Authorization for the establishment of military commissions.  S. 3930 would establish the authority of the President to establish military commissions for the trial of alien unlawful enemy combatants engaged in hostilities against the United States for violations of the law of war, as provided in chapter 47 of title 10, United States Code.  It would recognize the authority of the military commission to impose an appropriate sentence upon any person found guilty and would authorize the Secretary of Defense to carry out a sentence of punishment imposed by a military commission.  S. 3930 would require the Secretary of Defense to submit an annual report to Congress on any trials conducted by military commissions.

Unlawful enemy combatant.  S. 3930 would define an unlawful enemy combatant as: 1) “a person who has engaged in hostilities against the U.S. or who has purposefully and materially supported hostilities against the U.S. or its co-belligerents who is not a lawful enemy combatant (including a person who is part of the Taliban, al Qaeda or associated forces)”; or 2) “a person who, before, on, or after the date of the enactment of the Military Commissions Act of 2006 [December 30, 2005] has been determined to be an unlawful enemy combatant by a Combatant Status Review Tribunal or another competent tribunal established under the authority of the President or the Secretary of Defense.”
