Albert Torcaso Presents his friend words of inspiration Joanie's wonderful healing words help me start the healing.

My friend Joanie Jaye, wrote to me about my dad's death and her words are words of healing and helps me to reflect on the time I spent with my father Albert R. Goldsmith.

Hey there:

There are no words to describe how deeply saddened I am due to the passing of your wonderful dad. I must tell you though that joy will flow when you remember the good times. Your father has seen the good in you and know that you are his child. He knows that you have adopted his principles and have use them to be one of the best man in history. He knows that you can handle things now, because you turned out to be what he instilled in you to be so he believes he could go on now and leave you to manage well.

it is men like you who we can say are representatives of good leadership and good role model to all other men both young and old.

Let me congratulate you for being a good steward of this century and this nation, and yes of course nations to come. It all comes down to be, because of a job so well demonstrated by a wonderful father and friend. He was remarkable and I know because you shared some of those wonderful values with me.

He has gone on before but he trained you to be a one of a kind gentleman with love honesty caring principles and a genuine nature .

Let me be the first to say heads up to you, as an honor for being the best man to be alive. It is so good that you are still passing on the good deeds of your wonderful one of a kind daddy. It is men like you who we need in this world to lead this generation, and generations to come... and it all went back to your father's dedication and love.

May his sweet angelic soul rest in sweet peace and harmony forever.

It is with great sadness that I tell you my father Albert Goldsmith has died.

It is with great sadness that I tell you my father Albert Goldsmith has died. He died at 8:50 PM Est. time he was in his own bed and Annette, Freda, and I were in the room. Freda was helping him in the bedroom and I was in the living room eating my food. I did not expect him to go tonight.

This is going to be one of the hardest times I ever go through, but I must also remember the great times we had and for the times we shared.

Albert Goldsmith had a positive affect on me and on thousands of people so many that I'll never meet all of them were I to live Three hundred years.

Here is but a few reasons that Albert Goldsmith was and will always be a blessing to humanity.

He accepted people for who they were and never rejected anyone. Who among us can say the same?

He stood up for civil rights in the sixties and even before that he marched in civil rights marches.

He befriended those who had nobody else he always had words of hope for all the people he met and he made you know that you matter.

He loved everyone and though he was a Democrat most of his life he voted for Independence, Democrats, Republicans, and Consumer party candidates when he believed them to be the best person for the job.

He even taught a former Governor’s wife.

On Humanity Matters where he co - hosted with Lenell Jones III and myself he and Lenell endorsed Barack Obama and Albert told why he favored

Barack Obama.

He taught thousands of people over his life span teaching for over sixty years and volunteered to teach anyone who asked him and never took money for it.

Then when he had his 90TH birthday I was shocked to see that he was thrown eighteen different birthday parties all over Pittsburgh and even one just outside of Harrisburg.

I'm Albert Goldsmith's son but many, many people will feel his passing and I think many tears will be shed. I know I have shed many already, but in a larger sense Albert is teaching me a few more lessons one that tells me I must keep going forward and live my life even though without dad it will be very hard.

He made sure I knew he loved me even as he was very sick he told me and others he was proud of me and called me a wonderful man. He told others and myself that the work I am doing is important, but he is the one who inspired me every day since I have known him. I am not wonderful, he is. Dad, I'll go on and try to be half as good as you, but it won't be easy for you have inspired so many and have a compassion and heart few ever have. I will try, dad, I will try my best to keep you proud of me being your son.

The final debate was held and the matter of abortion came up during which Barack Obama and John McCain made their cases for and against Roe V Wade and in so doing McCain made quotes as if to doubt and question women needing an abortion due to health concerns and he attempted to paint a picture of deceit. This is wrong to say such a thing and it questions women?s health issues is McCain a doctor? No, and to make such and outrageous statement is to diminish their needs and concerns, but the real question is this. How can he lead a nation if he does not care about half of our nation?s population? Then there?s the matters of the Real ID Act and other civil rights ending laws that McCain voted in favor of and of course he voted for budgets that have ballooned our nation?s debt. McCain is bad for our security, bad for our civil rights, and ready to take the safety of women?s health out of the doctor?s hands and into Washington?s hands. I speak about the dangers of this card including the identity theft catastrophe that this card will create!! A little information about this Real ID Card. After 2011, "a Federal agency may not accept, for any official purpose, a driver's license or identification card issued by a state to any person unless the state is meeting the requirements" specified in the REAL ID Act. States remain free to also issue non-complying licenses and IDs, so long as these have a unique design and a clear statement that they cannot be accepted for any Federal identification purpose. The federal Transportation Security Administration is responsible for security check-in at airports, so bearers of non-compliant documents would no longer be able to travel on common carrier aircraft without additional screening[12]. People born on or after December 1, 1964, will have to obtain a REAL ID by December 1, 2014. Those born before December 1, 1964, will have until December 1, 2017 to obtain their REAL ID.[13] The national license/ID standards cover: ? What data must be included on the card; ? What documentation must be presented before a card can be issued; and ? How the states must share their databases. Strictly speaking, many of these requirements are not new. They replace similar language in Section 7212 of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 (Pub.L. 108-458), which had not yet gone into effect before being repealed by the Real ID Act. A little information about this Real ID Card.

After 2011, "a Federal agency may not accept, for any official purpose, a driver's license or identification card issued by a state to any person unless the state is meeting the requirements" specified in the REAL ID Act. States remain free to also issue non-complying licenses and IDs, so long as these have a unique design and a clear statement that they cannot be accepted for any Federal identification purpose. The federal Transportation Security Administration is responsible for security check-in at airports, so bearers of non-compliant documents would no longer be able to travel on common carrier aircraft without additional screening[12].

People born on or after December 1, 1964, will have to obtain a REAL ID by December 1, 2014. Those born before December 1, 1964, will have until December 1, 2017 to obtain their REAL ID.[13]

The national license/ID standards cover:

• What data must be included on the card;
• What documentation must be presented before a card can be issued; and
• How the states must share their databases.

Strictly speaking, many of these requirements are not new. They replace similar language in Section 7212 of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 (Pub.L. 108-458), which had not yet gone into effect before being repealed by the Real ID Act. The final debate was held and the matter of abortion came up during which Barack Obama and John McCain made their cases for and against Roe V Wade and in so doing McCain made quotes as if to doubt and question women needing an abortion due to health concerns and he attempted to paint a picture of deceit. This is wrong to say such a thing and it questions women?s health issues is McCain a doctor? No, and to make such and outrageous statement is to diminish their needs and concerns, but the real question is this. How can he lead a nation if he does not care about half of our nation?s population? • The Patriot Act ( Has many provisions that erode or freedoms)

In the name of security new laws have been passed in the last eight years that effect and limit our constitutional rights to the following.
